ALBEPRO – Shipping and Delivery Terms

Effective: January 1, 2026


1. Payment and Shipping

  • Products in stock are shipped within 3 business days after receipt and processing of full payment.

  • Payment can be made via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or bank transfer.

  • ALBEPRO will only ship orders after full payment has been received.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Orders of €100 or more are shipped free within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other destinations, shipping costs depend on the delivery address and package weight.


2. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

  • Consumers (B2C): the risk of loss or damage passes when the package is physically received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

  • Business customers (B2B): the risk passes when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

  • ALBEPRO is dependent on external carriers and cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.


3. Responsibility for Delivery Address and Changes

  • The customer is fully responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

  • After shipment, changes to the delivery address cannot be made; all risks remain with the customer.

  • If a shipment is lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or changed address, all costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Use of Forwarding or Third-Party Addresses

  • Use of PICP addresses, forwarding addresses, or third-party storage locations is at the customer’s own risk.

  • Any loss, damage, or delay related to such addresses is fully the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery to these addresses is considered legally valid.


5. Non-Collection at Pickup Points

  • If a package is delivered to a pickup point and not collected in time, return and re-shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.


6. Delivery in Belgium

  • Packages are delivered once to the specified delivery address.

  • If the recipient is absent, the package is delivered to the nearest pickup point.

  • No second delivery attempt will be made.


7. Inspection Upon Receipt

  • The customer must inspect the shipment immediately for visible damage or missing items.

  • Any damage or missing products must be reported to ALBEPRO within 48 hours of receipt.

  • After this period, the right to claim is forfeited.


8. Proof of Delivery

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation serve as proof of shipment and delivery.


9. Customs and Import Duties

  • For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, or other fees may apply.

  • These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
