Shipping and Delivery Terms
1. Payment and Shipment
If products are in stock, they will be shipped within three (3) working days after payment has been received and processed by ALBEPRO, taking into account the delivery time applicable to the relevant product.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered by ALBEPRO, including bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash, and Sofort Banking.
ALBEPRO reserves the right to ship orders only after full payment has been received.
Shipping costs are charged for all orders unless stated otherwise. The amount of shipping costs depends on weight, dimensions, and destination and is automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Orders with a total value of €100 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For destinations outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and total parcel weight. Customers can check shipping costs in the shopping cart before finalizing their order.
2. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery takes place at the delivery address provided by the customer.
For consumers (B2C), the risk of loss or damage transfers at the moment of actual delivery to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.
For business customers (B2B), the risk transfers at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.
ALBEPRO is dependent on external carriers and cannot be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
3. Responsibility for Delivery Address and Changes
The customer is fully responsible for providing a correct, complete, and accurate delivery address.
Important: Once an order has been processed and the package has been shipped, ALBEPRO can no longer make changes to the delivery address. Any requests to change the address after shipment cannot be executed and are entirely at the customer’s risk.
If a shipment is lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect, incomplete, or changed address details after shipment, all costs and risks are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Address changes after placing an order cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
4. Use of PICP, Forwarding, or Third-Party Addresses
If the customer uses a so-called PICP address, parcel forwarding address, storage location, or any other third-party address (such as a forwarding service), this is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
In the event of loss, damage, delay, or incorrect delivery resulting from the use of such an address, ALBEPRO shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage.
Delivery to such an address shall be deemed valid and legally completed delivery.
5. Failure to Collect from Pickup Point
If a parcel is delivered to a pickup point after a delivery attempt and is not collected in time, resulting in its return to ALBEPRO, the costs of return shipment and any reshipment shall be fully borne by the customer.
6. Delivery in Belgium – Pickup Point Procedure
Parcels in Belgium are offered once at the specified delivery address.
If the recipient is not present at the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. A second delivery attempt will not take place.
7. Limitation of Liability
ALBEPRO’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
ALBEPRO shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by third parties, including carriers.
