The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement with a delivered goods on the basis of an order with ALBEPRO, if there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with Article 7: 5 of the Dutch Civil Code, within a period of 7 days.
With the exception of used goods (margin products), demo products, NOS new old stock products, semiconductor materials, electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, LEDs and potentiometers, cartrdidges and stylussen, Technics replacement parts, these will not be returned after purchase.
The term starts at the moment that the ordered items are dispatched. If the customer has not returned the delivered goods to ALBEPRO after this period, the purchase is a fact. The customer is obliged, before proceeding to return, within the period of 7 days after delivery to report to ALBEPRO. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned in time (no later than 10 days after delivery), for example by means of proof of mail delivery. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the buyer.
Buyer will be responsible for, and pre-pay, all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us.
We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.
We can issue a refund after the product returned to us in new / original condition including the original packaging of the product.
30 % of item price will be charged for handling upon return.
All postage and insurance are NOT refundable.
All shipping cost caused by the return is paid by the buyer.
After receipt of the return product and check, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs and 30 % of item price will be charged for handling upon return will be transferred to the account number known to us.
