Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

The buyer has the right to cancel the agreement for delivered goods, based on an order with ALBEPRO, if it concerns a consumer purchase, in accordance with Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW), within a period of 7 days without providing a reason, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions – these products cannot be returned:

• Elements and needles

• Used or margin products

• Demo products

• NOS (New Old Stock) products

• Semiconductors and electronic components (such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, LEDs, potentiometers)

• Mechanical and electronic parts of Technics

• Hygienic products, such as in-ear earphones and headphones, if they have been opened or used (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f BW)

In-ear earphones, headphones, and similar products that come into direct contact with the ear or other parts of the body.
Once the seal of these products has been broken or the product has been used after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires. This means that such products cannot be returned once they have been unpacked and/or worn, for reasons of health protection and hygiene (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f BW).

Therefore, we ask customers to carefully consider their choice before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, we are of course happy to advise you.

Right of Withdrawal Within 7 Days

This period begins when the ordered goods are delivered. If the buyer has not returned the delivered goods to ALBEPRO after this period, the purchase becomes final. The buyer must inform ALBEPRO within the 7-day period after delivery, prior to returning the goods.
The buyer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time (no later than 10 days after delivery), for example, by providing proof of postage. The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the buyer's expense and risk.

Only unused products in unopened, undamaged packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) will be accepted. The products must be in new condition.

If the goods have been used, are impaired, or have been damaged in any way, the right to cancel the purchase as described in this section will expire. Subject to the provisions of the previous sentence, ALBEPRO will confirm the cancellation of the purchase immediately after receiving and checking the returned goods, and will ensure that the purchase price, minus the shipping costs charged by ALBEPRO, is refunded to the customer within 30 days after the complete return has been received in good condition.

The right to cancel, as described in the previous section, applies only to the delivered goods and will never apply to services.

Notwithstanding ALBEPRO’s rights under the law, ALBEPRO is entitled, through a written statement, to suspend or terminate the agreement in whole or in part, with the right to claim compensation from the customer if, after the conclusion of the agreement, ALBEPRO becomes aware of circumstances that give reasonable grounds to fear that the customer will not fulfill their obligations, or if ALBEPRO requested security for performance at the time of concluding the agreement and such security is not provided or is insufficient (despite reminders), as well as in the case of bankruptcy of the customer, the customer's own bankruptcy filing, suspension of payments, liquidation or a decision thereto, the full or partial transfer of the customer’s business, or the seizure of any part of the customer’s assets.

If circumstances arise concerning persons and/or materials used by ALBEPRO in performing the agreement, which are such that fulfilling the agreement becomes impossible or so difficult and/or disproportionately expensive that its performance can no longer reasonably be demanded, ALBEPRO is entitled to terminate the agreement.

All products are subject to: interim price changes, typographical errors, and printing mistakes.
