The Carbon Fibre Hybrid SME Headshell is a premium quality headshell manufactured by a highly respected OEM producer that has been supplying headshells to some of the biggest names in the Hi-Fi industry since the 1970s.

Inspired by the legendary Jelco HS-25 design, this model represents a modern evolution of the now discontinued Jelco HS-25 SME mount headshells.

Constructed from carbon fibre combined with a precision aluminium alloy azimuth adjustment system, this headshell delivers the ideal balance of low mass, rigidity, and precise cartridge alignment. The result is improved tracking performance, reduced resonance, and enhanced sound quality.

Premium Construction

The carbon fibre body provides excellent resonance control while keeping the overall weight extremely low. The integrated azimuth adjustment system allows precise cartridge alignment for optimal channel balance and playback accuracy.

The headshell wiring consists of silver-plated oxygen-free copper (OFC) leads with transparent PTFE insulation, finished with colour-coded ends and gold-plated connectors for maximum signal integrity.

Complete Package

The total weight of the headshell including wiring is 11.3 grams, making it an excellent match for a wide range of high-quality MM and MC cartridges.
