Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal – Hygienic Products
Due to hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products. This specifically applies to:

In-ear earphones, headphones, and similar products that come into direct contact with the ear or other parts of the body.
Once the seal of these products has been broken after delivery or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal expires. This means that such products cannot be returned once they have been unpacked and/or worn, for health protection and hygiene reasons (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f BW).
We therefore ask customers to carefully consider their choice before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, we are, of course, happy to advise you.
